# How to Redeem a Premium Code

> Redeem a Top 10 Pro offer code from the Upgrade to Pro page by entering your code, confirming with Face ID, and waiting for Apple's subscription email.

  After the release of Top 10! 2.0 and the UI refresh, the video in this article was out of date. The steps should work the same but if you have any troubles, please create a ticket! A new video is being created!

<Steps>
  <Step title="From the main page">
    1. Tap on "Profile" on the bottom navigation bar
    2. Click on "Upgrade to Pro" button
    3. Scroll down
    4. Click "Redeem Offer Code"
    5. Enter the redeem code you were given
    6. Click "Redeem Code"
    7. Double click the lock button
    8. Verify with Face ID

  If you do not receive pro access immediately that is normal, wait until you get the email from Apple titled "Subscription Confirmed" then check again. After this point, if you still do not have access contact support.

  If you do not see the Upgrade to Pro button and instead see a ⭐️ next to your name. You are already a premium member and cannot redeem a code!
