Ending Support for Versions Below 2.0

At Keynine Studios, we’re always working to improve Top 10 and make it the best experience possible for our community. Over the past year, the app has evolved significantly, with major user interface improvements, new features, performance enhancements, and foundational changes that prepare the platform for the future. Because of these changes, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue support for all versions of Top 10 below Version 2.0. While we understand that some users may still be running older versions of the app, maintaining support documentation, troubleshooting resources, and customer assistance for both legacy and current versions has become increasingly challenging. The differences between the interfaces, features, and underlying systems are now substantial enough that supporting both would slow our ability to improve the platform moving forward. Our focus is on building the future of Top 10. By concentrating our support efforts on Version 2.0 and newer, we can provide better help resources, faster issue resolution, and continue delivering meaningful updates to the app.

What This Means

Support Center articles will only cover Version 2.0 and newer.
Customer support may be unable to provide assistance for issues occurring on versions below 2.0.
Future features and improvements will require Version 2.0 or later.
