Top 10 – Privacy Policy

Keynine Studios, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use the Top 10 mobile application (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Information We Collect

A. Account Information

We collect your phone number, username, and profile photo. This information is only visible to users you’ve connected with (your “friends”).

B. Uploaded Content

Photos you upload are stored in Apple CloudKit and shared only with your friends. If you participate in a Top 10 Event, your photos may be publicly visible as part of the event, but only with your explicit opt-in.

C. Location Data

We collect location data when you upload photos. This data is stored with your photos and shown to your friends. Location is not recorded for Event photos.

D. Social & Friend Features

You may connect with friends via username or phone number. You may also be suggested friends of friends. You can view your friends’ photos and shared activity.

E. In-App Purchases and Ads

We offer Top 10 Premium via Apple in-app purchases. The free version of the app includes ads served through Google AdMob, which may collect user data.

2. Children’s Privacy

The App is family-friendly. Children under 13 may use it with parental supervision. There are no public comments or messaging, and social features are limited to known users.

3. Data Storage and Security

Data is stored in Apple CloudKit. We use reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee complete security.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

You may delete your account via the app, but this does not delete your data. To request full deletion, submit a ticket at getsupport.keyninestudios.com.

5. AI Usage

Our app uses Google’s Gemini LLM and API system to provide users with accurate and up to date suggestions and itineraries. Using these features means that you agree to Google’s Gemini Privacy Policy outlined here.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Ext 1. Competitions

This does not apply to ALL users, just those entering Top 10 sponsored competitions

When you join a Top 10-sponsored competition, you agree to allow the CloudKit JS API to securely share limited data from your app account with the third-party competition host. This data is strictly limited to your completion status and leaderboard points as displayed in the app. It will never include your password, sensitive information, or full CloudKit records. For competitions that are not certified or sponsored by Top 10, we are not responsible for how your data is handled, and the above rules may not apply.
