From the main page

  1. Tap on ā€œProfileā€ on the bottom navigation bar
  2. Click on ā€œUpgrade to Proā€ button
  3. Scroll down
  4. Click ā€œRedeem Offer Codeā€
  5. Enter the redeem code you were given
  6. Click ā€œRedeem Codeā€
  7. Double click the lock button
  8. Verify with Face ID

If you do not receive pro access immediately that is normal, wait until you get the email from Apple titled ā€œSubscription Confirmedā€ then check again. After this point, if you still do not have access contact support.
If you do not see the Upgrade to Pro button and instead see a ā­ļø next to your name. You are already a premium member and cannot redeem a code!
