Once you get to the Redeem step, you must be on version 2.1 or later of the IOS app. Otherwise you will not be able to redeem your purchase.
Top 10 now allows you to update your account from the web! This is huge news and makes it easier than ever to upgrade from anywhere and everywhere. To do so, use the following method:

Select either the monthly or yearly plan

Select continue

Enter your payment information

Select continue

If you have the app, select "Redeem" otherwise download the app

This should now link the web subscription to your app

You should receive an email after purchasing that allows you to manage your subscription as this is NOT done through Apple if you choose to subscribe this way. You can always use our “Manage Subscription” feature however. Documentation is coming soon!
