Top 10 – Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Top 10 mobile application (the “App”) by Keynine Studios, LLC. By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old or have parental permission to use the App.2. User Accounts
You must register using a phone number and password. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.3. User Content
Photos and content you upload are stored in Apple CloudKit. You grant us a license to host, store, and display this content to your friends, or publicly during events if you opt in. You retain ownership of your content.4. Social & Sharing Features
You may add friends by username or phone number. You may view your friends’ photos and activities. Mutual friend suggestions may be shown. Social interactions are opt-in and limited to known users.5. Subscriptions & Ads
Top 10 Premium is available via Apple in-app purchases. The free version includes Google AdMob ads which may collect user data. See our Privacy Policy for details.6. Prohibited Conduct
Do not use the App for illegal purposes or upload harmful or infringing content. Do not attempt to access content that is not yours. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.7. Data and Privacy
Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.8. Modifications and Termination
We may update the App or these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. We may terminate accounts at our discretion.9. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for damages resulting from use of the App.10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Salt Lake County.11. Contact
